What is the return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
30 days, no stress. If your gear isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it,unworn, unwashed, with tags on.
How it works: Email us at support@clarityridge.ca with your order number and we'll send you the return address and next steps.
Who pays return shipping: You do, unless we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, then it's on us.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges aren't refundable.
Made-to-order note: Every item is printed just for you when you order, that's how we keep waste down. It also means each piece takes a few extra days to produce before it ships. Usually printed in 2–5 business days, at your door in 7–12 days after that.
Wrong or damaged? Send a photo to Support@clarityridge.ca within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Your order is made once ordered. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually takes 7-12 buisness days.
