Our promise

Every Clarity Ridge piece is made to order, just for you. If it isn't right, we'll make it right — here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at Support@clarityridge.ca with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on you, unless your item arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective — then we cover it, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.

Made-to-order timing

Because each piece is printed when you order it, most orders ship within 2–5 business days, and delivery then takes about 3–10 business days within Canada and the US — so give it roughly 1–3 weeks door to door.
